Rusty old chain


The wall of an outbuilding at the boys school had a built in metal pole, with a piece of rusty old chain hanging from it, which was presumably used to lock a no longer in existence gate. The wall, chain and pole seemed to be a good study for texture and composition etc. however, the colour just didn't do anything for me, so I cropped it, and changed the colours.

The abstract surface of an old and rusty metal drum


The abstract and interesting surface of an abandoned old and rusty metal drum. The metallic abstract surface caught our eye, and we snapped away with our cameras! The old metal drum was in a slightly overgrown area, so we didn't really get too close to it, for fear of snakes.
